Axife FM Player Chrono Axife FM Player Chrono begins a new generation of FM players. Most of up-to-date TV applications announce the TimeShift function. Actually the power of nowaday computers isn't enough to process large quantity of video data on-the-fly. TV applications compress video data, which causes loss of quality and high CPU usage. When using a TV application, you can turn on the TimeShift mode and later playback the delayed video stream. TimeShift is always on in Axife FM Player. Axife FM Player doesn't compress sound, i.e. there is no quality loss and the CPU isn't heavily loaded. You can easily shift the audio stream at any moment both backward and forward. You can see 2 timers in the picture. The blue timer shows the real time. The green timer shows the shifted time, which corresponds to the currently playing moment of a broadcast. You can easily shift the broadcast by just moving the slider. How is this possible? The advanced implementation of Axife FM Player allows simultaneous reading, processing, and playing sound data. The player keeps sound data in the memory. The current playback position depends on the TimeShift slider. You can set the maximum possible time shift in the settings. Axife FM Player Chrono supports up to 5 minutes of the time shift.
