This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Axife Software for the Axife Software products identified above ("SOFTWARE").
INSTALLING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF THE SOFTWARE, INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
GRANT OF LICENSE
1. You may install the SOFTWARE on one or two personal computers, e.g. at home and at work.
2. Regardless of whether the SOFTWARE is installed on two computers, only one simultaneous operator may use the SOFTWARE. If you wish to install the SOFTWARE on more than one computer, except as stated above, or for use by more than one simultaneous operator, you must purchase separate copies of the SOFTWARE for each such computer or operator.
3. You may create a single copy of the SOFTWARE only as required for the backup purposes.
SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS
1. You may not distribute the SOFTWARE.
2. You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE.
3. You may not create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE.
4. You may not rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the SOFTWARE.
5. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single unit. It is prohibited to separate the SOFTWARE and use parts of the SOFTWARE independently of one another.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
1. All copyrights to the SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by Axife Software.
2. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
3. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
4. Axife Software reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in the EULA.
NO WARRANTIES
1. The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. You use the SOFTWARE at your own risk. Neither Axife Software nor agents of Axife Software will be liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss or any other kind of loss while using or misusing the SOFTWARE.
